📦 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. For international shipping, please write to us at support@handloomorigins.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

 

🚚 Processing Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Since many of our products are handcrafted and stocked in limited quantities, delays may occur during high-demand periods or festivals. We will keep you informed in such cases.

 

 

🕒 Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–7 working days from dispatch

  • Non-metro cities: 5–10 working days from dispatch

  • Remote areas: Additional time may be required depending on courier availability

❗ Delays & Exceptions

Handloom Origins is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

However, we will always support you in coordinating with the logistics partner for resolution.

 

 

🛑 Missing / Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, tampered with, or arrives in a damaged condition:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide images of the outer packaging and product

We will investigate and help you with a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
